Indication

Shyness Elixir contains the following Bach Flowers: Agrimony, Heather, Red Chestnut, Larch, Mimulus, Walnut, Plumbago.

  • Occasional use (for specific problems), take 4 drops, as the need arises.?
  • Use a cure (for chronic conditions or former disturbances) for several weeks, take each day 4 drops mixed in a glass of water or drink, or 12 drops mixed in a bottle.

Composition

Brandy Organic (99.6%) 40% vol, aqueous plant extracts * 0.4% (1/250): Agrimony (Agrimony / Agrimonia eupatoria), Heather (Heather / Calluna vulgaris), Red Chestnut (chestnut Red / Aesculus ), Larch (Larch / Larix decidua), Mimulus (Mimulus / Mimulus guttatus), Walnut (Walnut / Juglans regia), Plumbago (Cerato).

7 fleursde bach cela fait trop et je le prends le matin je ne trouve pas pour le moment l'effet escompté
